My modem has broken, what should I do ?
Please check your modem, and consult the TroubleShooting Guide T-TSGuid.ZIP.

See Contents T-TSGuid.PPT (for PowerPoint 4.0) and T-TSGuid.DOC (for WinWord 6.0).

The Warranty is Void if the modem has been opened. Please do not try to repair it by yourself if you are not a direct agent !
