V.13 HDX is part of
the ITU-T V.13 standard which simulates carrier
wave in HDX mode.
When the modem DCD control is set to V.13 HDX,
modems at both sides/ends should be set to V.13
HDX.
V.13 HDX uses RTS to control DCD on remote modems.
While DTE interface is set to RTS ON at the ANS
side, the DCD ON will automatically follow at the
ORG side. While DTE interface is set to RTS ON
at the ORG side, the DCD ON will automatcally follow
at the ANS side. This application is always used
in a polling environment, and matches with RTS/DCD
contention in DSD (Digital Sharing Device)
