What does BUSY OUT mean, and how can I make it work ?

BUSY OUT is a special function of the TAINET T-288ND designed to prevent dial-up users from dialing onto an unwanted line. It is easy to use and really helps system supervisors. There are two options:

USAGE:
(1) Config Modem -> OH by DTR -> ON or
(2) Set S-Register 19 bit 6 to enable
Modem will automatically raise the OH after the DTR drops for the time set in S-Register 35. (Default = 30)
2. SELECT OFF HOOK : Select modem off hook.Select modem off hook until this option has reset.
