How
long does the MG(Media Gateway) resend the RSIP to
SSW to requesting the reconnection, while the MG
(Venus Series) and SSW (soft switch) have disconnection?

There is no fix time to request the RSIP.
According to MGCP standard, there is no regulation says
that while in idle situation. MG needs to initiate the
MGCP message to SSW ,RSIP message. only there is an event
(e.g., Hook state has changed).

MG will send NTFY(Notify message) message to SSW, after
resend the message few times, the line connection has
been verify as disconnection or SSW down. MG Port will
resend RSIP message, until reconnection has been done.
Therefore there is no fix time to resend the RSIP message.
