Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive salaries, year-end bonuses, health screenings, group insurance, and flexible working hours. Compensation and benefits are determined based on market trends, economic indicators, and a performance management system, serving as the basis for starting salaries, salary increases, promotions, job assignments, and training and development.
In 2024, full-time, non-supervisory employees received a salary of NT$18,370,000, a NT$23,000 increase compared to 2023. In accordance with the company's Articles of Association, no less than 1% of annual profits is allocated as employee compensation. In 2024, this amounted to NT$2,629,000 (2.68%), compared to NT$5,207,000 (2.99%) in 2023. Bonuses are paid based on performance and contribution to ensure fair incentives.
A monthly benefit contribution of 0.15% of revenue provides benefits, including travel, holiday gift certificates, marriage and childbirth allowances, and health checkups. In 2023, the average per-person contribution was NT$22,000. Our leave policy complies with regulations, offering flexible work schedules and overtime compensatory leave to promote a balanced work-life balance.

Employee Development

The company supports continuous learning for employees, regularly offering internal training and subsidized external training to support career growth. Quarterly training is planned based on departmental needs, including new employee training, professional skills development, leadership development, cross-departmental collaboration, and external training support. Management assists employees in developing personalized career development plans. In fiscal year 2024, 414 employees participated in internal and external training, totaling 1,171 hours.

Health and Safety

In accordance with the Labor Safety and Health Act, a safety and health work system has been established to prevent occupational hazards and ensure employee safety and health. Access control cards, security systems, and surveillance cameras are installed at the site, and production equipment is equipped with safety guards.
Flexible work schedules are implemented to reduce commuting burdens. In 2024, safety awareness campaigns and fire drills were held, and regular health checks were conducted, with subsidies for new employees. Annual inspections of exhaust systems, electrical equipment, company vehicles, and production machinery are conducted.
In 2024, there were no occupational accidents. A total of 85 employees participated in safety and health education and training, totaling 272 hours.
